How do I block a buyer?

I've got the most annoying bidder on one if my items at the moment, and for the last 10 days I have had message after message after message all asking me to clarify and guarantee what I have put in the listing.

Basically I'm selling a mobile phone for parts/not working as I don't have a charger for it and so cannot guarantee it will start up (though it was working fine when I last used
it)
I do not want to sell it to this bidder as I just have a feeling that it will be a nightmare etc etc, I'd rather it sell for less to someone who doesn't seem as anally retentive about it!!

Does that make sense? This bidder also has terrible feedback both buying and selling. Can I just block them and cancel their bid?

gosh I would ignore - but be wary of other bidders who have new eBay accounts registered today who may bid - he will prob set up another account, or he may already have another account to bid with, or get a mate to do it. Sounds weird behaviour though - it isn't a particularly rare or unusual handset is it?

It's a blackberry bold that's all.

Basically I'm selling as for parts/not working as I cannot guarantee it at all.

It worked last year, but I don't have a charger anymore so can't charge it to check.

Theres no reserve price, minimal postage etc and this buyer is asking for guarantees of this that and the other - all of which I'm not prepared to give as I cannot be absolutely certain.

The thing is, it says all of this in the listing!!

I've also had about 30 requests for a BIN price when I've already stated in the listing that the auction will run to the end, no exceptions.

Grrrrr!!

I could do fergoose, but tbh I could have sent it off to envirofone and got £70+ for it!

Besides, I've listed it now, it's due to finish soon and there are bids on it. Seems only fair to let it run tbh; it was just that one bidder that was very in my face and made me feel a bit Hmm!!

fair enough - just make sure you send special or courier if you get more than £46 as recorded won't cover for loss of over that amount.
