Should I offer buyer a refund

I listed a bundle of babies vests. In the description I said they all had faint staining but it was that noticeable when being worn. I also said that I hadn't tried to remove the stains myself so they may come out with nappisan.

So the bundle sold. I sent them off. The buyer has left positive feedback but said they were more stained then she thought.

I'm wondering if I should offer to do a partial refund. there were 5 vest which went for £3.10 plus £2.75 for delivery. I stuffed up the delivery cost and have paid an extra 50p for that already.

The buyer hasn't asked for it but I feel a bit bad that they aren't happy with it.

I would personally leave it at that. She can't be that unhappy if she left positive feedback.

But, amazed someone bought 5 stained vests (unless they are designer or something) for £3.10 plus £2.75 postage. They are about £6 for 5 new in Sainsburys!

Thanks. That's what OH said too but he can be a bit harsher then me. Grin

They were Mothercare so I think new we paid about £12-15 for them new. That being said I was thinking they would go for about £1. I'm really new to ebay and am just trying to put a few things on to see how it works.

Leave it. She's left feedback so there is no benefit to you offering her a refund.
