i have sold 3 items of clothing to one buyer.
Individually the postage is £3, £3 & £4 second class signed for.......
These postage costs were based on weight and Royal mail rather than ebay pricing which is never quite right.

So this buyer has requested a final price.

As the weight combined will be the same...am i ok sending one parcel but at the same combined postage price?

(im new to ebay, just finding my way round it..with your help Grin)

Will it really cost £10 to send 3 items together - that seems an awful lot

what is the weight of them all together?

fergoose · 20/11/2011 13:25

If they are under 2kg you can send for £3.99 here

Did they ask for combined postage prior to bidding? Did you offer it on your listings? If not, then you're within your rights to not give a discount. On the other hand, £10 postage for 3 items of clothing does sound very high...

you're welcome. They are excellent, I sent an item on a Saturday teatime and buyer received it Monday morning, they were excellent and so much easier than queuing at the post office or waiting for a courier to arrive.

do i just print off the label? Does it have a bar code or something on it that you then take to the shop?

OP posts:

yes you print out the label attach it to your parcel and take it to the shop. They will then scan it in and give you a receipt with a tracking number which you can then give to your buyer.
