hi there,

I paid for a bundle of stuff on the 12th Oct was posted on the 19th and it never turned up.
The seller has been nice and polite and we have checked both ends to no avail.
It was sent parcel post.
I have asked for a refund and the seller has told me I have to wait til she gets her refund from post office.
Should I file a claim as well in case it is not refunded I really cannot afford to wait but don't want to annoy the seller ?

Maxy you're not being thick :)

Snowball did you get your refund yet?

FabbyChic · 09/11/2011 19:45

You don't wait for a refund, if one is not given within ten days of the parcel being sent you file a dispute via PayPal for item not received, don't go via eBay. You then escalate the dispute to a claim, seller gets ten days to respond, if they cannot provide proof your item has arrived with you you get a refund of what you initialy bad.

Only bad sellers make a buyer wait.
