so frustrating. bought a changing bag on ebay which arrived yesterday - clips that attached to buggy were missing so I contacted seller who said she only had 1 left so she's ordered some from amazon and getting them sent to me which is great.
However having seen the bag in the light of day up close, it's dirty on the inside - not sure what it is but it's yellow and looks a bit grim (not sure if it's glue or old sick Confused - it's most of the way round the edge (at the opening of the bag).

How I paid a buy it now of £30 plus £6 postage for the bag, which was described as 'excellent condition' - there was no mention of the staining/marks on the inside. So what do I do?

I'll email the seller but I don't know what I want her to do - she had a 'no returns' policy but I really don't fancy using it now, but I'll have to pay postage back if she accepts it, plus postage for the goddam clips she's bought! Or do I ask for some money back and see if I can scrub it off?

i would put it down to experience and give it a good scrub.
any marks on the outside?

Ignore the no returns policy on the listing, you can always open a dispute with PayPal/eBay for item not as described and cite the reason for doing so as the item being stained and dirty inside.

You would have to return trackable though at your own expense, can it be washed in the washing machine?

I agree, file a 'not as described' dispute. It clearly was not in excellent condition.

no marks on the outside it's fine

can't be put in the washing machine unfortunately otherwise it would be straight in there

so flippin annoying, wouldn't have bought it had I seen a picture of the dirty bits, and certainly wouldn't have paid £30 for it.

I think I will email the seller & explain, and take a photo, then try to scrub it off?

I'd ask for a partial refund - the stuff may well scrub off.
