Has anyone ever lived off cheese and nuts?

I have lost all appetite for food except cheese and nuts.
I am eating a lot of cheese it’s become very addictive along with handfuls and handfuls of nuts.
I thought this was just a phase but I really can’t stomach any other food.
Will I be able to manage on just cheese and nuts?
It’s been nearly a year now and I’m feeling fine.
I don’t even know if it’s classed as an eating disorder, it’s just all I like and crave and seemed to come from nowhere as I’ve always eaten a fairly normal diet.

It's an extremely limited diet and you're not getting all your nutrients. You might feel ok now but I doubt you will for much longer. I'm no expert on eating disorders but a year of only eating cheese and nuts must be bordering on it?!
I'd go to the GP for a chat. All the best.

You need proper help, this is not meeting your needs and is very high in fat. Start taking a good multivitamin and mineral supplement and work on getting more adjacent foods etc wholewheat crackers, grapes, tomatoes or other things you can eat with cheese. Get a gp appointment though it will take time to see a specialist

You will be malnourished for certain. Please get help.

As others have said, you will be extremely deficient in certain nutrients which will have an impact on your health long term. You need to speak to the doctor. Did something trigger this way of eating? What happens if you force yourself to eat something different?

Can you face taking vitamin supplements and drinking Berrocca or similar? Can you drink any juices or smoothies?

It's not ideal but at least they are both quite calorie dense. Nuts have loads of nutrients in them, and the calcium in cheese is good for your bones. Better than living off sliced white bread and jam.

You are missing out on a lot of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
Is it only one type of cheese? Like only cottage cheese or only camembert or only cheddar?
This is very much disordered eating and your health is deteriorating. Please start with a visit to the GP.

You’re missing a lot of vital nutrients OP. Diet is not all about calories - a diet of just cheese and nuts for example could leave you with scurvy!

Its missing fiber, vitamin C, vitamin D, and certain B vitamins, particularly B12, omega 3, omega 6, iron, potassium, and zinc.

Try and eat some fruit and vegetables and a multivitamin too.
