don't know what to do she eat only fruits, jelly and lettuce with peppers in wrap, sometimes small portion of sushi. She started walking a lot. She lost lots of weight. Talks a lot about people being unattractive because they are fat. She refused CAHMS appointment. I really trying to do everything to suggest meals and other foods but she is refusing. What else I can do ?

Contact the school nurse and the GP, say she is refusing help but the situation continues. Have you spoken to school ?

GP , today. The sooner this is caught, the better the outcome.

You could also talk to her about anorexia and how worried you are - maybe watch the documentary Nikki Grahame:Who is she? Which I think is still available on channel 4. Also talk to school and GP as others have said, this is a very dangerous and very slippery slope.

That sounds really scary. When was her CAMHS appointment and did she say why she wouldn't go? How much weight do you think she's lost and over what period of time? I agree with the other comments I would take her to the GP as she might be more agreeable to do that. They can physically check her over and check her weight. They should also notify CAMHS. If it's a good CAMHS team they should be able to speak to you over the phone to offer some advice and make sure they stay aware of her. I personally wouldn't encourage her to watch any documentaries on anorexia. Lots of anorexics tend to seek out these thing and it can be quite unhelpful.
Try (best you can) to not let her walk or do too much movement. Let the school know what's going on as well. Also if you have any concerns about her physical health I would not be hesitant to call NHS24 or just take her to A&E. the scary thing about eating disorders is how someone can appear to be functioning quite well on the outside but inside their body is shutting down.
The BEAT website have some good information for parents which would be worth having a look at.

I agree with others, take her to the GP asap. She may need blood tests etc and I think it will be very hard, if not impossible, for you to turn this around on your own. The sooner she gets professional help the better. There is a very large eating disorder thread for parents of teens/young people with EDs and if you post there you’ll get lots of helpful advice.

Was it her eating which prompted the CAHMS appointment or another issue? Only I know how hard it can be to get a CAMHS referral, and that waiting times can be long.

I will be definitely contacting GP
