There is an app, I think, but I do it using the NHS BMI calculator.
www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-weight/bmi-calculator/

You need to work out what 100% WFH is. To do this you need to know what the 50th centile is for your daughter's height and date of birth. To find this, put in your daughter's birthday and height and keep putting in weights until the answer comes up with 50th. For example, my daughter weighs 40something kilos, but if I put in 54.8kg instead of her actual weight, then the answer is 50th.

I then divide her weight by 54.8 and times by a 100 to get WFH. I do it quicker than the CAMHS nurse used to do it!

I've made it sound complicated, but it isn't once you know how.

This is what you should get: the 50th centile is what they mean by 100% WFH, confusingly but 100% just means bang on average for their age and height.

I work for camhs and have the spreadsheet open if you want to pm me height and weight I can input it for you

Hi Flea - I just PM'd you but I think I have worked out she is 89%WFH.

50th centile was 59kg and she is 53kg at 5'6'' and aged 17. So then I divided 53 by 59 and times by 100 to get 89.

Hope this is right! (Although I wish it was higher Sad )
