Can I ask you what it does to you? How does it make you feel? Sad, angry, frustrated? I've suffered from AN since I was 12, got better and then relapsed. I just want some insight into what it does to others around me. Maybe shock me into trying to fight this awful demon. Thanks x

My DD was slightly older and it is horrific for all involved but honestly I would take any motivation as a short term fix but for long term it has to be about you. Doing it for others is too much pressure for you and them. Do you still have any contact with ED team to get help. Personally our family treats the anorexia as an unwanted guest and the only way for it to leave is our DD kicking it out, we can help to get her strong but it has to eventually come from her. Stay strong and get help.
