I'm pretty sure I'm classed as bulimic, I think about food 24/7 or should I say I think about what food I shouldn't eat 24/7. I go on really strict diets and then supremely crash resulting in scoffing whatever I can lay my hands on - then followed by more strict dieting to counter act the scoffing. I don't make myself sick though. If it's not my weight it's my hair colour/style etc, everything is appearance based. I obsess about my kids weight and even my pets weight! Can I sort this on my own?

I think it can be hard to make changes/feel better without support - whether that's friends or professional help or peer support. Do you have anyone you can talk to about it?
You could work through one of the 'overcoming' books by yourself, they are practical and very helpful, if you don't want to involve other people but it's so isolating and exhausting to live with this sort of thing. Have you thought of contacting b-eat or talking to your gp (who might be able to refer you to someone)?
