IVF clinic in Thessaloniki: Newlife IVF or Embryolab

Hello all,
we need to transfer our cryoconserved blastocysts from Portugal to Greece (due to age matters...).
So, now I'm thinking of becoming a patient either at Newlife IVF or Embryolab. Both are located in Thessaloniki.
If anyone has any experiences with either one of them (be it good or bad), I'd really appreciate your sharing your experiences.
It's really a tough decision for me - even though it's just about the embryo transfer, not a full treatment. But I'm running out of any more opportunities, so this is why I'm so worried to take the right decision.
Many thanks in advance for your sharing your experiences!
Have a lovely day.

No personal experience I'm afraid (this thread was showing in active) but my friend had a good experience with Newlife.

Thank you so much for your post! This sounds good.

It is really difficult to decide, so I appreciate all comments.

My partner and are currently going through this journey with newlife.
Our overall experience has been positive. They have very good communications and have always been available via email or a chat.
We're currently on our 2nd attempt using the PGTA protocol as on our 1st attempt we only had one embryo to try, but as they say, you only need one for a baby right? Unfortunately, the 1st attempt was not successful. It took us a while to recover and go again but this time we had 4 embryos that made it through the PGTA tests, one was transferred, my partner is now 12 weeks pregnant.
The only negative experience we had was the feeling they could have supported us more, emotionally, when the 1st attempt failed. Rather, the focus was on changing the protocol and planning the next one

I always ask clinics to provide detailed information about their experience and success rates specifically for patients of my age and with similar fertility challenges. I also inquire about pricing and timelines. If a clinic is not patient-focused and only provides generic information, I avoid further contact. For example, while a 30-year-old patient may have experienced success on the first try, this doesn’t necessarily reflect the clinic’s expertise with cases like yours. The fact that they succeeded with one patient doesn’t improve your chances if they lack experience with your specific situation.
