Timescales for final stages of divorce, once agreement in principle reached

Hello, after a long time I've managed to negotiate (via solicitors) an agreement on how our finances will be split, which includes a new mortgage on the family home to buy him out, and a partial pension share.

My solicitor is drafting a consent order. I know this will need to be checked and then approved by a court, but I don't know what other processes there are after that. Can anyone give me an idea how long the timescales are likely to be from here on, until money is actually handed over, and then the decree absolute happens? In particular I want to figure out roughly when I'll need to apply for the mortgage.

Mortgage agreement in principle is usually valid for 6m, it took about 30 days to get my AIP, they do money laundering checks & will query name changes etc. Honestly, I'd start applying now !!
