Hi everyone.
I have applied to the court asking for a stay for a stay on proceedings/delay on final order.
Today, I received an email to say, a local court has been asked to list the application for a hearing and the receiving Court shall consider the application and list in accordance with their own local listing practice, to include any order for remote attendance at any Hearing. I should be receiving further details shortly.
Does this mean I have to attend my local court? I had the impression, a judge will make a decision and I should receive that in writing through the post or e-mail.
I would appreciate clarification from anyone who has been through something similar please?
