This engagement is in relation to my niece.
B is the daughter of my brother and his wife, who do not reside in the uk

B is an Australian citizen and has been with N her partner since 2011. N and B moved to the UK as foreign students.

B does not work and N speculates in Crypto currencies, N has a criminal record in Australia and is unable to return to Australia. Following criminal investigations N fled Australia to Israel. He subsequently reunited with B in the UK, at the time they had a young toddler.
N and B have 2 children, aged 6 and 1.
They purchased a property which was purchased outright, the house is in both their names.
B has drug dependency issues and has attended drug rehab. Whilst in rehab B had a relationship with a new partner and after rehab was living with the new partner B for a short time and relapsed shortly after rehabilitation. An attempt to reconcile with N was unsuccessful with N applying psychological stress.
As a result of this new relationship, the relationship with N has broken down completely. Following a difficult period between N and B the children were taken into Foster care. B was unable to continue to live in the family home and began residing with friends, she did relapse during this period. N became violent and manipulative during this period, trying to get B arrested and destroying her property in the house. The new relationship that B was in has subsequently broken down as the new partner is due to be sent to prison for an assault charge.
The children have subsequently been released from Foster care and returned to N care, B does not have access rights to the children, only being allowed supervised zoom calls. N has employed a nanny and support services to look after the children. Social Services are not being very communicative and refuse to communicate with Bs parents making it very unclear what Social Services are claiming.
N is not providing any maintenance to B and she is reliant on her fathers funding to enable her to live somewhere. As such she is now residing near me and is now looking to stabilise and make an effort to reconnect with her children. We are looking to provide a stable environment for B so she can complete her rehabilitation and be reunited with her family.
My question is who can help? Im starting with solicitors and social services, anyone else?

The children will have a social worker and the courts involved in their being taken into care. Presumably B was given the opportunity to change and be reunited with the dc. She may not have been able to do so at the time but could reapply to whoever controls the contact . Do they now all have a legal right to remain?

I don't see why B should expect maintenance if the children aren't living with her.

I assume when you say reunited with the children you mean B getting visitation rights. She does not sound like she is in the right place to gain custody at the moment.

B should not be expecting any maintence from N. Is B still studying? Does B have the right to work in the UK. B needs to get a job to start with. Is B getting treatment? B needs to work on themselves before interfering with the stability of the children's lives.
