Co-parenting apps

Our divorce mediator has recommended a long list of online tools and apps to "help divorcing parents communicate over co-parenting." Really I want to never have to hear from my STBX as long as I live, and even though I know I can't have that, it still makes me feel physically sick to think that I will still have to get agreement from the control freak I cannot wait to get away from. (Rant over.)
Has anybody used these sorts of apps and has recommendations on what was good or bad about them?

I've used calendars but nothing else. Would be interested in hearing tips from others though.

A few friends of mine use Our Family Wizard app which is UK court approved and it seems to work for them. Think you can get it for both andriod and iphone free

App Close is decent enough. It's free to use, has an interactive calendar you can set up so multiple parties can view (think step and grandparents).

You can even call and video call as well as instant message, without the other parties details being flagged up (ours is linked by email only, which we knew anyway)

My family wizard is court approved but costs £100 a year.
