Ex husband has ignored showing me his court ordred P60 - what do I do?

My ex husband is meant to show me his P60 and any bonuses etc each year. This is court ordered for spousal maintenance.

Ex is a royal arse and loves nothing more than playing games so has dropped his lawyer and after me paying for mine for years (and at vast expense)I've also dropped my own lawyer from the case as they were no longer needed.

It does state on the order that he will go to prison if he ignores a court order.

What do I do? I've written to him, the ex mil and his wife but all have ignored me.

I'm reluctant to spend more money on a lawyer as this is the game the ex plays as he knows I have very little money.

Do I write directly to the courts?

Yes, you go back to court. The courts will not look favourably on him ignoring a court order.

Just fill in the forms online and get booked into court. You can represent yourself.

Definitely back to court pronto

Nothing to do with his Mum or wife though

@LovelymincepiesLovelymincepies thanks for the info. Do you by any chance know what the name of the form is online? It's a minefield ! Many thanks !

Before you fill in the court forms, send a letter before action stating that unless you have sight of the P60 by such and such date, you will make an application to court.

I had to do this a couple of years after my divorce about something different. I wrote the letter to my ex's former solicitor, asking if he was still instructed (I knew he wasn't) and then setting out the issue. Didn't have to go to court in the end, the letter did the trick. Good luck!

This might help you with which forms although it says 'stops' i think the process may be the same
