We've been married 7 years and he doesn't want to be with me anymore.

We rent, I have no savings, he has a business and we have joint debt.

I've never been through a break up before, I don't even know where to start with a divorce or if I'm entitled to anything. We have no children.

Is there anyone who can give me any advice on what to do next id be really grateful xx

Make an appointment with a local solicitor for a consultation. They will give you good advice and the first half an hour is usually free.
Make sure you move all your confidential documents passports, statements etc to a safe place.

Photocopy any other documents, eg bank account statements. If you have joint accounts you might want to consider withdrawing half of the money you are entitled to before he removes it and tell the bank/building society that you are divorcing. If it becomes an issue they can put a block on your account. I didn't do this quickly enough and my ex closed down all the joint accounts.

Are you an owner/work for the business? If you have access to his business statements etc. try and take photocopies of any statements in case he denies what assets/amounts he has in the business.

If you are married you will be entitled to a share of the joint assets. Does you and he have a pension?. He will need to declare his assets.

Re the property - whose name is the tenancy in? If he doesn't want to be with you is he the one moving out and when? If it is a joint tenancy, could you afford the rent on your own and have the tenancy placed in your name only. If you can't afford the rent on your own, could you move to a cheaper property or put your name on a housing waiting list or rent a room temporarily. You need a plan to move forward.

A solicitor can advise you on what you are entitled to.

You can do a divorce online yourself now. Just type in to a web search "divorce online". I think it is about £59.

You can apply online but as above, I'd get some legal advice first, find out what you're entitled to and gather any and all paperwork evidence that you can...

It's currently £593 to apply, but you can ask that your OH pays the costs.

Citizens Advice website has loads of info, or call them for good advice and it’s free
