So divorced in 2017, 60% of his pension to be transferred to me.
Still hasn't happened.
He was represented I was not.
His solicitor drew up the paperwork, I tried to speak to the pension provider who absolutely refuse to engage with me under GDPR - it's not my pension.
I write to his solicitor who tells me (and him i assume) there is nothing more for my client to do.
We return to court 2.5 years later over another matter, I raise this and am told the pension orders weren't sealed that's the delay. The court still hasn't sealed them despite it being raised and chased by two judges.
Ex finally makes 1 simple phone to the pension provider and it turns out the whole sealing etc is a load of rubbish and the pension can be shared immediately - but it still isn't (this was 28th May this year).
I want interest on the £60,000 that's been sat in his shitty account for 4.5 years ideally.
But do I return to court ?
Long story short I lost everything last year because he forced the sale of the house, I was trying to buy it and lost my job through covid - the judge described that as a "red herring" surely all this messing around with sealed orders etc is equally a red herring then ?
