Working full time, single parent to a toddler

Been seperated from ex for over a year.. We have absolutely no contact whatsoever due to severe domestic abuse and non molestation order. He's currently taking me to court for shared care. There is 70 miles distance between us now.
I work full time in a front line services role, I'm a key worker. DD goes to nursery 5 days a week and is absolutely thriving and loves... loves nursery. She's so happy there. My question really is, ex has said if he can't have shared care then he wants every Sunday. Meaning I would never get a full weekend with her.
How likely is this to happen? I worry that working full time and caring for her single handedly will go against me, I don't want to be seen as unavailable to her because of work. I want to give her a nice life and keep a roof over our heads which is why I work.
Will a judge not view it favourably that I work full time and she's in nursery 5 days a week for long days. She has an excellent routine and is really happy and settled.

Bump for you op

If there was any justice his violent behaviour would mean it was a flat "fuck off". I'm afraid I dont have actual experience of courts though, so I hope someone more wise has some advice.

Not sure op but I’d hazard a guess he’d get it
Would it be supervised ??

I think if I didn't work it worked part time it's more likely for him to her every Sunday. But can they really expect DD to make the arduous journey every week. He only has supervised contact centre at present.
