Under what circumstances does a court not offer 50/50?

My child will be approximately 4 when we divorce. I think it is in their best interest that they have more time with me. I'm the one who does everything with my child, my husband is an aggressive person who will only teach my child bad things and fill their head with rubbish and dump them on his parents. I could really do without all that. I know he will fight for 50/50. Are there any specific circumstances where a parent tends to get more access e.g a SAHM or anything like that?

When it's in the best interest of the child to spend more time with one parent. That's the only reason that a court will depart from 50/50 if a parent asks for it.
