Unreasonable behaviour examples for divorce

I'm unsure about filling for divorce now under UB grounds or just waiting for 2 years. I have years worth of UB to draw on but I'm worried that as stand alone examples they don't look unreasonable enough. Solicitor said I'd have to give 3 examples (the most recent, the worst and an early one). My marriage was like death by 1000 cuts rather than "big" events that led to separation.

Can anyone give me examples of what they cited as UB?

My ex husband put down multiple half truths and lies but I couldn't be bothered to argue. Most of my unreasonable behaviour that had an element of truth I had done because he said I had to 🙄. I am apparently addicted to gaming, despite not owning a console for example, and I slept on the sofa (didn't mention after a late shift because he told me not to disturb him) etc ..

Mine were;

  • No sex
  • An inappropriate relationship with another woman (actually an affair but couldn’t file under adultery as was out of time)
  • Not socialising as a couple
  • No emotional support.

Think you could also say things like not spending time with each other’s families or taking separate holidays.

My UB examples were my exHs drinking, the fact that he wasn't interested in me, and was unsupportive, and that he'd tried to force me to take his speeding points.
