Solicitors costs and Form E

Hi, can I put my upcoming solicitors fees on my form E? Obviously even with fairly minimal work from her it is likely to come to several thousand pounds which I currently don't have and will probably have to borrow to pay for.
If I can put it down would it come under 4.1.2 Significant changes in assets or income likely to occur during the NEXT 12 months or 3.2.1 Capital needs for yourself?
Thanks. I am doing the Form E myself but will pay for a meeting with her after these are swapped so I know what ask for when starting mediation.

I would put it under capital need. Having said that, I did my own divorce and Form E and court case (which is what it unfortunately came to in the end) so didn't incur legal fees, therefore somebody with a better legal brain may disagree. It would be expected that both parties legal fees would be deducted from joint assets.

Just as an aside, there are some excellent legal books available on Amazon written in laymans terms which I found very useful. Wikivorce is also a very helpful resource.

Thanks, I will have a look in wikivorce to see if I can find anything also. It's difficult, I have to choose very carefully when I need her as £300 an hour is such an outlay.
