Hi,
I received a Form E from my soon to be ex-husband.

I dont have a solicitor as my funds are limitednd needed some advice with the process.

Can someone advise on where I can find a form G notice? or how i respond to the form E to file with the court?

I have read a lot about a questionnaire as part of the proceedings, can someone assist in the type of questions I need to ask?

Thanks in advance.

Nina

Has the Court sent you a Notice of Hearing? Form G will have been with that.

Have you got a form E to complete?

Nina1202 · 08/02/2019 22:29

Yes. I got a date for court. And i have completed and exchanged the form E. i am unable to locate the form G in the documents the court pack :(

Questionnaires are mainly anything missing from form E, or anything you think needs more explanation.

Very hard to say without seeing his form E.

Has he attached all his bank statements / pay slips /accounts etc?

Thanks MrS BB

I am still waiting for his supporting information to the Form E.

i did come up with some good questions though :)

Form E is a thorough account of all income, assets & debts & expenditure. Not all of it is terribly relevant. What is important is that ALL income, debts & assets are listed.
When you get his, cast a beady eye over it & query if anything is missing. All bank statements, etc, need to be included.
It is defo not the most fun you will ever have, but is ESSENTIAL to you future financial well being.
Post-divorce, it instilled in me the very useful habit of documenting & analysing all my income & expenditure.

Anticipated future needs should be included on Form E too.

Applicants are at a disadvantage as if they think Respondents Form E is lacking it will be up to them to prove.

Good luck.
