Breach of Consent Order - title deeds of property

I have a financial remedies order, which states that my ex-husband was to transfer all legal and beneficial rights to the family home to me. He didn't do it.

Now that I've come to sell the house we have a problem! I have asked him to put the deeds of the house into my name, he's ignored me. My solicitor has sent him the paperwork to sign for the sale (instead of bothering with transfer of deeds at this late stage). He's ignored the solicitor, too.

The solicitor has quoted their hourly rate to deal with enforcement of the order, which I simply cannot afford on top of buying a new house, so I'm trying to do this myself and wondering if anyone can help with the process, please?

I know I need a D50K form. This seems to be mostly about non-payment of maintenance. Do I make a full statement on this form? When submitting the form to the court, do I also submit the unsigned paperwork? Can I ask on the form for another person (perhaps my solicitor) be nominated to execute the paperwork - or is that kind of decision the court's?

There don't seem to be many examples of how to do this online. Most of the chats about enforcement relate to non-payment of maintenance, so any help much appreciated!
