I need to know what the odds are of me getting custody of DD.

Marriage is a dud. What kind of things do judges look for/make decisions on when deciding custody? jobs, earnings, disabilities, etc???

I don't mean to be unkind but, if you want help over such an important thing, I suggest you either use google or give people on here something to go on.

Advicenow has the information you need.

Court will always do what they think is in the child's best interest, regardless of the rights or wrongs leading to divorce.

Usually they aim for consistency, so whoever was primary care giver before has a strong advantage. Exceptions to this might be if they are unable to parent effectively (judged by SS) or if an older child requests one parent.

Income won't have much bearing as non residential parent will be expected to pay maintenance, so in theory the child will be provided for either way. Type of job won't be a big deal either (no matter how prestigious), though if you work 70 hours a week or something they may ask how you will find time to care for child.

The most likely outcome is care will be split, but that could range for 50:50 to every other weekend (on way or the other) depending on the other factors.

Oh and it's not custody (because your DD isn't a prisoner) it's residence. I know it seems pedantic, but it's important to recognise that neither parent has ownership, she just lives with one of you.

"Custody"

You don't own kids but hopefully the other parent gets a meaningful part in their child's life.

You need to go to a solicitor, but ultimately, no one knows for sure. Court is always a bit of a gamble.
