No grounds for divorce

If say I had grounds for divorcing my wife, as she's admitted adultery, but she has none, but wont accept relationship counselling which is what I wanted to try first, how could she file for divorce?

I cant imagine how its possible to start the process with no grounds?

Anyone been there/done that??

You just put Unreasonable Behaviour. It can be anything - doesn't have to be especially unreasonable, just different attitudes, beliefs etc...

Pretty pointless them asking for a reason. Just why not have a tick box saying "I want a divorce" ...LOL

Don't bother. You want a divorce, right? The grounds will have absolutely no bearing on the settlement or anything else. Wrangling over them will just cost you money.

If I name the adulterer(s), does that have a difference on costs??

I thought if she was the adulterer then she pays the divorce cost like solicitors fees. I think you are in a stronger position if you divorce her. Perhaps her solicitor is telling her to sue you for divorce.
