I'm not controlling my t2 diabetes as well as I should (have given self a kick up the arse tonight) and have been very lackadaisical about tablets etc .
Over the last few days I've had a couple of hot sweats, just head and with short hair it's running off!
This evening this happened about 1hr after I'd eaten and had walked the dog, but early in the week was a couple of hours after food.
I've done my bloods and they were high at 10. I feel perfectly OK except the sweating.
The sweats are very similar to ghe ones I got when hit menopause (about 3yrs now). I've just read that the menopause can make it even more difficult to regulate
Can you give me some advice on getting back on track? It annoys me that I'm an intelligent woman, who makes sure everyone else's health stuff is sorted but i don't look after myself!??
