Posting here as it’s Sunday and would be interested in advice on what to do. I do worry about wasting NHS time.

Ive been struggling over the past few months with what feels like high and low blood sugar, my diabetic friend commented on holiday that I would seem very tired after meals and before eating I’d feel quite faint at times.
I do usually drink quite a lot of water, more than most of my friends/colleagues by far. I am a very healthy weight and bmi, I am 33 years old and I eat a varied and healthy diet.

For the past 16 days I’ve had what I thought was covid but both lateral flows and PCR are negative.
started with sore throat, night sweats, extreme fatigue and slight cough. This lasted a week. Then my symptoms since have been.

~ constant daily headache, frontal
~ sometimes a sharper headache
~ extreme thirst non stop
~ the past three days I’ve had over 4litres of water each day! Which doesn’t quench me.
~ blurred vision whilst attempting to drive to something that then I realise I’ve no energy for. Blurred vision in house too.
~ sudden very low mood. Crying because I’m exhausted and fed up
~ slight but not severe weight loss (5llbs this week)
~ no gain in appetite, instead loss of
~ serious fatigue, unable to work, napping daily, cancelled all social plans.
~ horrid brain fog

~ I’ve only had my usual one coffee a day and water. No booze.
~ I am worried I’ve taken paracetamol for 16 days now!
~ Also I slept last night 10-7am then 8am-11am. I’m still in bed except for getting up to eat a bowl of cereal to keep me going

I will call my doctor tomorrow, although I’m currently not in London so visiting would be a 1.5hr journey.

I feel like I did post covid though and this is why I’m unsure. Also what do I do on a Sunday? Just wait until tomorrow?

Yeah

You need to be seen by a doctor soon........very soon.

I strongly advise you to be seen at a walk in clinic, where they will test urine for glucose, and take blood.

I don't want you to panic but you should not delay.

Good luck with this and I am also a type 1 diabetic, I know these symptoms.
