Insultin resistance - pill coated in sucrolose

Sorry, if this is not the right place to ask but couldn't think of a better one. I have insulin resistance/ metabolic syndrome and control it with diet (came off metformin 6 months ago). If left untreated I would have gone on to develop diabetes II hence my post here.

WOuld you take a regular sugar coated medication? I got prescribed a new pill Femodene and, unlike the previousone, it has sucralose. I realise it"s a tiny amount but I am sugar free as much as I can be so am worried about a regular usage. Thanks.
