They've given my dad a pack of medicines to be administered by a nurse only - containing
GLYCOPYRONIUM
NOZINAN
MIDAZOLAM

After googling - these are all sedatives and provide strong pain relief -

if these have been given to us to keep In the house I expect they think the end is near - how do you know if someone needs these if the patient can't speak out?

He can't move, speak, or really even move his face much now - how do we know if he's in extreme pain?

Has anyone used these drugs before to help a dying person?

is there a way to help him more?

You have to keep talking to all his caregivers and the people who love him. You do the best you can to be as humane as possible. There is no easy answer. Flowers

Strong sedatives helped my dad. They may have shortened his life by a day or two but he stopped crying all the time. He enjoyed music again.
