Relationship on the back foot.

My relationship of 4 years is struggling. I love her, and really do want to spend the rest of my life with her.

But... she thinks I am going to stray with any female that blinks at me. I have never been unfaithful and never even been remotely tempted. Ive tried and tried to reassure her, but while she seems to get over it, it rears its ugly head a few weeks later. How do I show her she is the only one for me?

Have you ever discussed marriage, children, spending your life together etc? I don't know your ages, but perhaps she is wanting to fully commit or she is worried after 4 years that you're not doing this?

Had she been cheated on in the past? You say you have never done anything to give her reason to have such fears... Does she have anxiety issues in general with other stuff?

How is your relationship in general?

Most likely she's insecure. Women want to be made to feel like they're secure, especially if they've been cheated on in the past. You've been together 4 years, so try and understand more.

My first thought was that maybe she has been unfaithful and is projecting onto you as she knows how easy it can be.
