Electric bikes?

I have decided to get an electric bike - any suggestions which one?

I like the look of the gazelle

I have had a soak in the bath - sore bum in minimal, sore hip (left), knee (right), shoulder (left) & elbow (right) plus general exhaustion

& I went round a fairly small block about 15 times......I need to start more slowly & maybe remember I have been ill for over 20 years & am only slowly getting better

I think it's like anything where you suddenly use muscles in a way you don't normally. Give it a rest tomorrow, and then maybe a shorter ride on Sunday. I think my shoulders seized up when I started riding.

Are any of those bits of you often sore? Any old injuries? If not then maybe try and think about whether you're sitting up and square, because it sounds like maybe your weight is a bit lopsided. Breathe, look around you, and enjoy it!

No they are all existing sore

My left hip si knackered (technical term) so I walk funny & my right knee plays up

My right elbow is tennis'ed & it throws my left shoulder out

But 2 years ago I couldn't have pointed to a joint that didn't hurt so we are doing pretty well hence the trail of the bike

I am a bit of an avid researcher which has led to the 'cure' (ha!! ridiculous word) reduction in my symptoms - which is why I was shocked I hadn't picked up on legal/nonlegal issues - I normally research everything to death & this was impulse!!

Ah, well nothing to worry about then, you just need to get them used to this new and unwelcome activity

I wanted to get up now & ride round the block but it's still wrapped up!

Right it's all together & being charged - but I have to go to work soon so I'll have to ride it tomorrow

I converted my mountain bike with an after market kit and was so impressed I bought a small wheeled folder for camping holidays. Evora electric explorer. Right at the bottom end of the prices and it's incredibly good for the money

My converted MTB does much more but this is so much fun it's become my go to bike.

Yay :) So excited for you, I really enjoy riding my bike and I think that if ebikes take off here it could be fantastic and open up riding to loads of people who currently can't do it all under their own power!

I have been so poorly for so long - it's like a miracle ; that sounds so pathetic but it truly is!!

due to lithiumbattery inside, i would suggest not to buy too cheap ebikes, as cheap things does what they goes, cheap components, cheap battery, cheap bms, don't throw your life into fire. be aware of cheap bikes.
