We went to see The Lion King in half term and sat at the rear of the stalls. The animals walk in through the stalls. ONly issue is we were overhung by the balcony but the view was fine, we wern't miles away from the stage or anything. My 6 year old loved it but there some 3/4 year olds in the audience who sobbed hysterically at one part and they didn;t come back in after the interval.

Copellia is a lovely ballet but it is quite a feat for a young child to sit all the way through it. Are they ballet mad and can they sit quietly. I don't think either of my two would have managed it at that age.

There is quite a good rake on the stalls seating there

Seating plan

"Please be aware that seating in the Upper Circle is very high up on padded benches. These seats have a low back and do not have armrests."

With a little one I would go for about 5 to 10 rows back in the stalls or front 2 rows of the grand circle, but both of these areas are £38 the top price.

Make up a booster seat for LO fold up your own jacket and zip it inside kids jacket to form a big pad. But they always end up on your knee anyway .
