Hi I have just spent the last 48 hours sorting out my old albums for the 10 p ebay listing day. Lots of memeories have come flooding back.

I was going to put post in in selling. But thought it more cultural in a way. Hope others agree.

Commodores, Prefab Sprout, UB40, Frank Zappa is!

Who remembers The Cusaders with such songs like Street Lfe, My Lady, Rodeo Drive, Carnival Of The Night, The Hustler, Night Faces.

Also Sister Sledge...I almost had to do the Funk today!

good night lots of old LP albums some brownie trousers too!

Very interesting.... I was a big Steely Dan fan in the late 70's/early 80's, also Little Feat, Santana, Zappa... and I bought a USB deck at Xmas to convert vinyl to ipod. However it is taking a very long time to get through my own collection, and this seems a bit too expensive.

good luck with converting your LPs. It is funny how you can look at the covers and memories come back.

I am converting Fleetwood Mac's Rumours right now. I have not played it for about 10 years and it is fabulous. Next is Fleetwood Mac's Greatest Hits - completely different! Also in the current pile are Eric Clapton's 461 Ocean Boulevard and EC was Here - again you would hardly guess it was the same artist.

I was a great Mac fan too! Rumours brings back so many memories!
