AI to save/make money?

I'm interested in how AI can be used to make money or save cash.
I don't mean for your occupation and helping your employer, I'm interested in personal use.

Does anyone have any examples?

I'll start. We are selling our mother's house after probate. I am going to be out of the UK for an extended period so wanted my sister to deal with the sale on her own - we are joint executers so assumed that this would be straight forward. We asked our conveyancing solicitor and they said they'd need a power of attorney for which they would charge £300. Used AI to produce one and saved the £300.

Anyone got any more?

@Arlanymor Actually you are even wrong about there being nothing that AI can do to support an LPA process. It’s entirely possible to get AI to draft specific restrictions and conditions to insert. It’s not something I would recommend but it is entirely possible.

back to the original point of this post…

I use it to budget, heavily. I also tell it what I have in the fridge/cupboards and it creates delicious meals for me because I’m not creative at all. My food waste has massively decreased. I also ask it to forecast my current wealth building and it budgets everything for me from my salary, financial goal dependent. It definitely has its uses.

I used it to fix my washing machine when the YouTube’s stuff didn’t work.
I used it to set up a website.

Great idea for a thread! I also use it to save a vast amount of money on food = i think i'm a good cook and creative, but it often allows me to make one more meal from everything i've got in the fridge.

I also used it to help me make make revision apps for my daughter, who is doing the A Levels nobody ever seems to bother producing decent revision help for. Her sister had Tassomai for Biology, which was adaptive and really helpful but there was nothing for DD2 doing A Level History or Music.

It was able to analyse every single mark scheme, exam report curriculum guide and past paper and helped me produce an app that gives her a ten minute adaptive workout on her weak spots every morning.

Even managed to get them on the app store.

Truly a miracle

Brilliant. I like that you have been able to build an app. Can you provide a link to it please?
