Anyone else's Energy DD gone down significantly?

Had my DD review.

I paid £67 a month until end of contract, went to £240 in Sept 23, £301 in March 23 and now just had an email to say dropping to £137!

We are £600 in credit which doesn't seem that much in July if its dropped to £137. Any thoughts?

Mine hasn't reduced at all but then I'm with octopus and despite all their friendly comms they are utter fucking sharks. So I didn't really expect them to drop it.

What do you mean? They are all charging about the same due to the energy cap and I think the Octopus standing charges are actually slightly lower. I used the prediction tool and changed my direct debit according to what that recommended, you don't need to wait for them!

We are heavily in credit. Ours went from 200 to 150 and now they want 84.50 but leaving as is atm
