Hanging washing outside?

Is there any point hanging the washing outside tomorrow if its going to be 0°C? 90% humidity.

Advice I go by is that it's worth it if the temperature is above 2-3 degrees and/ or there's a little breeze. So today probably only qualified in a few places for a couple of hours.

I hung mine out today. North Scotland minus figures all day.
It was dry apart from cuffs and waistbands but it was stuck to the line where it froze under pegs!

I washed the dogs blanket and hung it out, it was frozen solid when I went to get it in
