Budget products for keeping warm

Always interested in ideas because it looks like we won't have much in the way of heating this year.

I also want to share my own recommendation for a small investment. These 13.5 tog Asda duvets are v cheap (from £6) and so hot - no need for heating in through the night at least Smile they do a fancier version too but this one is great!

Hot water bottle, cheap as chips but does the trick. Dunelm do long ones too.

You could make your own heat pads out of pearl barley in old rags. Only needs a minute in the microwave (less than 1p) and stays warm for a fair while.
