Help?! Energy bills question?

Hello all

I feel stupid to be asking this, I feel like I should understand what I've received but I'm blaming an exceptionally long 6 day week at work - I'm hoping someone can talk me through what this letter is telling me?

I've received it from my energy supplier, and what I'm interested in knowing is whether the table is telling me what more I'll be paying - so £833 for the year for electricity, and £810 for gas?

I have been losing sleep over worrying about the rise in my bills. I've overpaid since I moved to my home so I'm £500 in credit on my account, I'm planning on leaving my heating off as much as possible. There's only me and my partner, it's a one bed apartment and we both work full time (not at home) so I'm hoping I can keep the costs down as much as possible.

From September 2021 to September 2022 I've paid £1,266 for my gas and electric.
Does this letter mean October 2022 to October 2023 I'll be paying £1643, or £1243 with the £400 support from the government?

I'm wondering if that's too good to be true with how much I've been worrying - do I need to be as worried as I am?

Please be kind - I suffer from anxiety and OCD and I get obsessive about things especially if I feel like the outcome is harmful or bad for me. It seems my latest fixation is worrying how I'll survive the cost of living increase Blush

I've read it as the projected amount you will need to pay is £1643. Obviously that will chabge if you use more.

So they project you'll pay £833 + £810 = £1643
This is a projected increase of £116 + £209 = £325 per year

If you use more than the projected kwh then you will pay more than the figures above

And I don't think the info on the letter includes the extra £66 per month for 6 months that will be paid towards the bills (unless it says on your letter that it is included)
