Im really struggling with food and clothes for my two girls we have fled from an abusive reationship and started fresh we r really struggling we are in the houghten le spring area can someone point me in right direction please

If it is the hospital, they do have social workers attached that you could explain your situation to.

Can you set up a Facebook in a different name so no one (him) knows it's you? Otherwise search for local charities or the girls schools might even be able to signpost you to some places.

Libraries are a really good source of up to date information. Our local library also gives out toiletries, sanitary products, cleaning products and condoms.

They will be able to give you food bank info and may even have sim cards/laptops available.
