Heated Oodie?

I'm thinking of getting one.

Come winter I will be home during the day and out to work at night but the family will be here in the evening. Obviously running the heating all day and night is never going to happen so thought maybe a heated oodie.

Heated blanket too but as they requires you to be stationary it's not very practical for during the day.

Anyone have one or any other suggestions so I can keep cosy during the day?

To make matters worse our house is a cottage so gets limited sunlight which doesn't help with the temperature!

I have a proper oodie and there is no way I need it to have extra heating!

They are are exceptionally warm, the rest of the family have cheaper versions, but they are no where near as good. I'm going to upgrade them in the Autumn to the branded ones.

Which ones are the proper ones? Is it by a brand called oodie?
Sorry totally clueless

I have a proper oodie and only need that in winter, I'm always cold usually but they are that good I'm always really warm. They are expensive for an actual oodie buy worth every penny in my opinion, I got 2 for the price of 1 on the website, then my son wanted one but he didn't like any of the designs so chose a cheaper copy version and although nice, it's nowhere near as good as a proper oodie

Aldi last Christmas had a heated dressing gown, not sure if you had to be plugged in while wearing it though. My mum swears by her heated fur throw we bought her last Christmas, at the time before the price increase in energy it hardly cost much to use. We're buying everyone hooded blankets for christmas. I've bought 2 matching adult and child oodies and 2 kuddlys ( 2 for £59) and plan on buying my mum the ONY from John Lewis because its the only one I can find in cream, is shorter than the rest and has very good reviews. I also plan on buying dh and I 2 kuddlys, the quality seems on par with oodie and the hooded and hem is stiched nicely so it doesn't curl over exposing the sherpa lining, I'm a tiny bit fussy.
