Cash for clothes 2020

I have few bags of clothes and I was thinking of making some money out of them. I have used a company over 2 years ago, but I have been told by a friend that their prices have changed since and it's not worth it anymore. I have been checking a few threads but haven't found any recent one. Has anyone used recently any of these companies that are still worth using?

When I mean "recently" I mean from last summer (not only this month of January).

You could try listing each item on depop? I really like it but it isnt necessarily quick and it can be hard to pitch your prices right to get things sold in reasonable time.

Are you referring to ebay?

Megan70 · 25/01/2020 16:02

No, I am talking about these companies that come to your house, pick up your clothes and pay you by weight. It is for items that are still in wearable condition but wouldn´t make that much money on ebay or online sales

I just used to take mine to the nearest branch, but i stopped because 2 pound for clothes that were too good for that got on my nerves. I would rather give them away now. Good luck hope you sort it.

Just before Christmas I took 2 big bin bags full of good quality hardly worn "trendy" teenage clothes and my clothes.
I was paid £6.
It's a huge RIP off.
If you need the money sell them yourself on Ebay, if you dont really need it, give them to the charity . Our local Hospice shop would have made around £6 per item and there were at least 30 items.
