Hi all, April is turning out to be a poor month, my pay days aren’t until the end of the month, and I have loads of bills coming out. After bills and bus pass, I have £75 left to live on. I am also following slimming world (prepaid) and ideally need to lose half a stone this month, so this may come at the right time.

My plan for this week is to use up all my freezer and cupboard supplies.

I have:
Frozen soup
Frozen stew
Fridged chilli
Frozen veggies
Mixed frozen quorn/LM items
1 x frozen jacket pot
Tinned tomatoes x 2
Tinned soups x 6
Chickpeas x1
Quinoa
Rice
Pasta
Low cal jellies x6
Soya milk
Weetabix x2 packs
Porridge x2 packs
Ready brek x 1 pack
Some fresh fruit and veg
Golden syrup x2
Jam
Protein powders x3
Skinny syrups/sauces x lots
Soya yogs x2

My plan is:
B:weetabix and soya milk with fruit
L:p/r/q with roasted veggies and chickpeas
T:soup/stew/chilli or veggie item with roast/sf veges

I shop at Aldi or Lidl, except for soya milk which I get at Asda. Hopefully I can push these to last the month.

My plan is to do a fresh fruit and veg shop at Aldi/Lidl next week and spend max £5. The only other items I will require at some point are a protein source- chickpeas or kidney beans probably, tinned chopped toms which are dirt cheap and soya milk which is 89p at Asda. I will also need conditioner but I’ll get the cheapest one.

Hopefully this will do me, but, any tips are greatly appreciated. Giftcard wise I only have a £20 next card.

Hi,
sell gift card?
veg much cheaper and less calories than fruit- wouldn't bother with fruit
frozen veg and protein sources often cheaper than fresh but nutritionally inferior.
could you water down the soya milk slightly to make it go further?
hope that helps..
