I have one of those heated airers from Lakeland to dry the laundry and either open a window or run the de-humidifier to remove condensation - it's much cheaper than a tumble drier and works really well

For the first time in forever I put all my washing on one of those old fashioned airing racks. Put it on at bedtime and it was all dry by morning! As I left the rack in my room it gave me an incentive to put it quickly away before brekkie. Will deffo be using the tumble drier less!
