i have a few questions.

where do you find alll the coupons?
how much do you save off your weekly grocery shop using them?
is it very time consuming looking for coupons?

I use coupons all the time. Love something for nothing!

Best of them tend to be online and some you have to pay for upfront like www.kgbdeals.com and www.onepounddailydeals.com but I do also do google before buying anything like 'tesco free delivery' etc to see if a discount is available. Vary rare for us to pay full price for anything.

I would estimate that we save at least £30 a week with discount codes and vouchers. I'm going to start trying to write it down each time we buy something next week as it would be interesting to see.

How much dose everyone else think they save?

wow. £30 a week is a big saving. what would your shopping cost without the voucher reductions? my food shopping is usually around £35/£40 a week and that includes toiletries and cleaning products but i dont use many cleaning products. (stardrops, vinegar, bicarb and bleach).

Sorry, wasn't talking about just food shopping, I was also including hairdressers and eating out etc. That's why I mentioned the daily deal sites.

Food shopping is normally around about £130 a week and we tend to save maybe £5 - £7 with vouchers on things like free delivery (when online) and the cut out vouchers from the free magazines in the supermarket.

The bigger savings are on things like hairdressing and eating out which I almost always get with at least 50% off the normal price via sites like www.onepounddailydeals.com
