where is the cheapest place to buy household disposables?

By this I mean cleaning fluids, foil, toilet paper etc

Do you find supermarkets to have the best deals or Wilkos? Or are there any other places you recommend?

All too often it depends what it is you are looking for.
You need to have a good idea of prices before you go into Poundland / Aldi /Lidl /Wilko as they will all have 'deals' some of which are as dear or dearer than a supermarket like Asda or Morrisons.
Cheap washing up liquid can be a false economy as it can be just a watered down version of a dearer one - looks a better deal but you end up using more or get the same number of 'bowlfuls' for more money.
Same is sometimes true of loo rolls, more rolls for your money but less sheets per roll.
Try white vinegar or lemon juice instead of 'limescale removers' and bicarb paste is good for shifting stubborn marks.
Certainly I have found little difference in cheap foils, film and sarnie bags from the market compared with the supermarket or branded ones.

It depends.

Sponges and dish cloths then supermarket like ASDA (ie smart price type, 5 for 14p). I found Lidl to be quite expensive for this sort of thing so stick to your supermarkets or Wilkos.
Things like washing up liquid and sprays etc. then Lidl - we get 'W5' products. I don't see any issues with these products, they're cheaper because they're not recognisable brands that people are willing to pay more for because they think they're better (which is a bit of shopping snobbery imo). They still work just as well.
Loo roll - if you don't mind smart price then supermarket, if you'd prefer one better than that then Lidl.
