Should I visit elderly Dad?

DH and I had Covid two weeks ago, we've tested twice now this week and both results have been negative. We're due to visit elderly Dad on Saturday for a long weekend but as we're both still coughing really badly, I wonder whether we should go. Even though we may no longer be infectious I'm worried about him picking up anything else from us. WWYD.

I'd go and just keep a bit of a distance and cough carefully, if you know what I mean. For most elderly people, a slight risk is more than made up for by seeing their loved ones.

Could you wear masks when with him?

If you are testing negative you should no longer be infectious. But you need proper medical advice not from here tbh
