Do you think it's likely covid or just a stomach bug. I had covid before and it wasn't like this but dh just suggested it. I don't want to pay out for tests if it doesn't sound possible but I see my elderly granny a lot and whereas I'd avoid her for 2 days after a stomach bug I would want to do 5 for covid. She's quite isolated though so it doesn't seem kind to.avoid her for 5 days unnecessarily. Thanks

Could very well be covid. All of those things are symptoms of it.

I had/still have the stomach symptoms after 3 weeks. The fatigue was Covid like I had before but I tested negative. If I was you I d stay home.

No sore throat or cough or runny nose or loss of smell though this time. Is it possible without those?

Less likely with no respiratory symptoms, but not impossible. Not what you want to hear, but really the only way to be certain is to do a test.

Can be. I had no cough and sore throat didn't kick in until a few days later.

Sounds very much like my covid was.

I've had the same symptoms all week - tested twice and it is not Covid. The problem is that loads of viruses have exactly the same symptoms. Does it make a difference? If you are ill with anything you should ensure you are fully recovered before seeing someone who is potentially vulnerable. A "stomach bug" could very easily still be transmitted after 48 hours. Many viruses can be transmitted 5 - 7 days after infection, and in some people for even longer. Covid is not exceptional in this respect
