Periods closer together 6 months after covid

I had Covid in September. (Not jabbed, but that’s a separate bunfight!)
For the last three months, there has only been 19 days between my periods, and these have been a bit heavier than usual. I’m not on the pill (or any other medication) nor have I been pregnant.
I have also experienced night sweats and PMT to the max (which I don’t realise is PMT bc my period is so bloody early!)
Dr Google states symptoms suggests perimenopause but I’m early 30s😭😭.
Anyone experienced similar?

I had similar I think from my vaccine. I started taking a starflower supplement and it sorted itself out right away. No proof of cause and effect but worth a try?

I had covid in July and was doubled vaxxed. My periods had always been every 28 days apart from one time when I missed a period a couple of years before (not pregnant and no chance of being pregnant).
I got a fitness watch in October so have been using the app to track my periods and I've found that since then my periods have been every two weeks, In early December I had my booster and one period lasted 9 days and still my periods are still all over the place and are quite heavy.

I had covid about 8 weeks ago. I was on my period when I tested positive. The next period was on time but lighter than usual. I’ve literally just had my second post Covid period today and I’m four days early (I’m never early and my periods are regular - I’m not on any birth control). It’s ‘clottier’ than normal.

I didn’t have any menstrual issues after either of my jabs (last one in may). I haven’t yet had my booster.

Yes, very similar. Mine are now much closer together. 21 days apart . I'm early 30s too. And terrible PMT which is affecting me really badly and more than it did before l had vaccinations

Having similar. Also started after first bout of covid in October 2020, or appear too. Though I'm older at 49.

I saw the gp as Google suggested I should as it's often much less than 3 weeks apart with breakthrough spotting etc. I'm assuming peri menopause possibly brought on sooner through viral infections.

I've had a cervical smear test - cedar - and various blood tests. Still awaiting on ultrasound and internal scan results (been waiting over 8 weeks for results now after being scanned very quickly but that's a whole other issue!) So far the blood tests just found that I was anaemic but nothing more. So tests and gp info is ongoing.

Just wanted to say thanks @Sandyjag for the starflower recommendation. I did a bit of research and it has something called GLA (I think :/ .. google knows more than I do) which is also in evening primrose oil (a supplement female relatives have sworn by). Picked up a supplement from Boots which was a combo of the two and my goodness - WHAT a difference. I had four weeks between my period (so more back to normal for me) and my mood has been so much more stable. For 7 quid for the month.. worth it!! If anyone else is

I’m so glad to hear that @NeededAction !!
thank you! And for the tip off for a decent source also as I recently changed brand and it wasn’t good. (I also stopped taking it for 5 days which was a total disaster!) Just for some more info, I asked my original supplier about how long you can safely take it for and they said there isn’t any proper data (surprise surprise) but they recommend stopping any supplements for a few days every six months to see if makes any difference before continuing. Worth maybe chatting to doc or something if taking long term.
