Non-essential travel to France for unvaccinated

Hi
Is a holiday in France allowed yet, for an unvaccinated person? I keep reading conflicting things. I understand unvaccinated people don’t need to isolate anymore and only test, but I’m not sure if they’re allowed to go for a non-essential reason.

I am fully vaccinated. I’ve also had covid. My husband has had covid but for reasons I’m not going into here, is not vaccinated.

I just wondered if anyone knows ?

Thanks

My understanding is a holiday is not a compelling reason for an unvaccinated person to enter France. So your husband cannot go.

from:

www.interieur.gouv.fr/covid-19-international-travel

"When unvaccinated travelers come from a country on the "orange" list, they must continue to present a compelling reason justifying the need for them to come to mainland France.... "

Uk is orange ATM and here's a link to the compelling reasons:

Ps. Thank you. It’s what I thought, but the owner of the cottage said we would be ok now
